Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your REEF pieces, but if something isn't quite right, we accept returns on unworn items with original tags within 30 days of delivery. Please note that for hygiene reasons, intimate apparel and final sale items are non-returnable.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals are intact.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and drop your package off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
